  • After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it—this does not mean your order is accepted.
  • A binding contract between you and TWIZORO is only formed when we send an email confirming the goods have been shipped. Only items listed in this shipment confirmation are part of the contract.
  • TWIZORO may refuse orders for reasons including (but not limited to):
    1. The ordered item is out of stock, withdrawn due to quality issues, or subject to shipping restrictions.
    2. Incorrect pricing or product description.
    3. Failed payment authorization.
    4. Violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Our customer service team will contact you promptly if there are any issues with your order.

2.5 Delivery & Pickup

  • You will receive a reminder of the estimated delivery time after placing an order. We aim to deliver within this timeframe but cannot guarantee it.
  • All orders are insured during shipment until delivery or pickup. You must sign for the goods upon receipt—once signed, you are responsible for them.
  • If you cannot sign in person, you may authorize a third party to do so (they must follow the inspection requirements). Couriers are only responsible for delivering to the specified address; anyone at the address may sign, and delivery to the intended recipient is not guaranteed.
  • TWIZORO may update delivery policies at its discretion without prior notice.

2.6 Liability Disclaimer

  • Opinions expressed by third-party designers, sellers, or affiliates are their own and do not reflect TWIZORO’s views. We are not liable for these opinions.
