Intellectual Property Statement

TWIZORO respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects others to do the same.

7.1 Submitting a Complaint

If you believe TWIZORO or its linked platforms infringe your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, submit a formal complaint to service@mail.twizoro.com with the following information:
 
  1. Physical or electronic signature of the individual authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
  2. Detailed information about the infringed rights (including registration number and country of registration, if applicable).
  3. Detailed information about the suspected infringing material (including its location on the website/app) to help TWIZORO locate it.
  4. For design infringements: Clear identification of the allegedly infringed design and its registration number.
  5. For utility model infringements: Specific details of the claimed infringement and supporting court order or judgment.
  6. Your full company name, affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  7. A statement that you sincerely believe the use of the suspected infringing material is unauthorized by the intellectual property owner, their agent, or the law.
  8. A statement confirming the accuracy of the information in your complaint and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf (with acknowledgment of potential perjury penalties for false statements).

7.2 Actions by TWIZORO

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we reserve the right to:
 
  • Delete or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Disable all links to the infringing material.
  • Notify the alleged infringer of the action taken.
  • Terminate access to TWIZORO services for users or third parties who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights (per our terms of service or policies).

7.3 Copyright Notice

TWIZORO and its affiliated companies own all intellectual property rights to the website and related mobile applications, including (but not limited to) copyrights of the website and mobile apps, and the technology used to provide services on these platforms. These rights are strictly protected by international and national laws.
